❤️ Lal Mans ❤️ Ingredients– Mutton 1 kg (with bones) Onions 4 finely chopped Dried Red Chile 10 (deseed ) Coriander powder_3 Tbsp Cumin powder_ 2 Tbsp Garlic garlic paste 2 tbsp Curds 1/2 Cup Ghee 1 cup Salt to taste Cardamom 4 pods Black pepper 1/2 tsp Bay leaf–2 Mace 3-4 strands Black Cardamom 2 pods Cinnamon sticks 1" Fresh Coriander - chopped for garnish Dried Red Chile 2-3 whole for garnish Method– Grind the soaked chillies to a fine paste in a blender. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton, yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, one tablespoon ginger garlic paste, salt and the red chilli paste. Mix well and set aside to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, to that add black cardamom, green cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf and sauté till its fragrant. Add the onions and sauté till they turn light brown in colour. Then add the remaining ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add the marinated mutton to the onions and sauté on high heat for two to three minutes. Add salt and sufficient water to cover all the mutton pieces. Cover with a lid and let it cook under pressure for seven to eight whistles. Once done, remove from heat and wait till the pressure is released. Put the curry back on heat, add garam masala and give a quick stir before removing from heat. Lastly add sufficient water (like Mutton covered not fully covered with water) and cook in slow flame until get a nice gravy. Finally add chopped coriander leaves, mix well. Serve hot with steamed rice, Pulao, roti or paratha. Notes I have used 10 Kashmiri chillies and 5 dry chillies that are hot. This will provide a good blend of colour and heat. You can tweak this if you want your curry fiery! Please note that yogurt added at the last step will reduce some of the chilli heat. If you can get hold of Mathania chillies use them instead for a more authentic flavour. Use about 15-20 of them. #lalmans #redmutton #uzmaseasyrecipes #creatorshala #muttonrecipe #lunch #rajasthanfood #foodaddiction #muttonrecipes

#nationaldoctorsday 👩‍⚕️ If we did not recognise the importance of doctors before, we are certainly learning just how much they contribute to society, amid the coronavirus pandemic. While we are self-isolating, it is the doctors who are constantly fighting for the lives of people who have been infected with the deadly virus. With the number of infected people on the rise every day and hospitals teeming with hundreds of people, it has never been more important to appreciate the efforts that doctors make to ensure that we sufficiently recover from whatever may be ailing us and continue to remain healthy. Doctors are truly the greatest heroes, of not just the present but of all time. India celebrates National Doctor’s Day on July 1 each year, in honour of the birth and death anniversary of the great physician and the second Chief minister of West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. Since then India has grown by leaps and bounds in the medical field, not just to further Dr. B.C. Roy’s work but also with new and innovative techniques. This day serves to show gratitude to all those who have selflessly aided us in our time of need and tirelessly worked for the health of their patients by commemorating the greatest representative of these ideals. 🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺🩺 Follow me for more updates on homemade foods @_food.addiction @_food.addiction #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipes #doctorsday #doctorsday2020 #doctors #doctorsaresuperheroes #coronawarriors #doctor #doctorsareheroes #Foodart #potd #foodart #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #shotoneplus #doctorsdayspecial #foodartists #delhifood #delhifoodies #foodblogger #foodstyling #foodstagram #timesnowfoodie #yesindiafood #theuncommonbox #foodartz #creatorshala #foodartlove #foodiesofindia

#InternationalYogaDay 🧘🧘‍♀️ Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life. Have a Happy Yoga Day! International Yoga Day 2020: Yoga is an ancient practice that dates back its origin thousands of years ago in India. It has been scientifically proven that various yoga asanas help in the physical, mental, and spiritual development of a human being. In order to promote this healthy practice, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 2014 address at the United Nations General Assembly, proposed the International Yoga Day. In the times when the world is fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, it is crucial to practice this art form to strengthen our immune system. Considering the importance of social distancing, PM Modi appealed to mark the sixth International Yoga Day by practicing 'Yoga at Home, Yoga with Family.' The theme for International Yoga Day 2020 also remains 'Yoga for Health - Yoga at Home.'While proposing June 21 as the date to mark International Yoga Day, PM Modi in his UN address had said that it happens to be the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere and has special significance in many parts of the world. #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipes #happyyogaday #yogaday #yoga #Foodart #internationalyogaday #yogalife #healthylifestyle #indianyoga #potd #foodart #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #shotoneplus #yogadayfoodart #foodartvideo #delhifood #delhifoodies #foodblogger #timesnowfoodie #creatorshala #northindianfood #mumbaifood #mumbaistreetfood #foodiesofindia

Happy Father’s Day to ALL fathers…especially to the ones who love unconditionally without expecting anything in return… The first person who taught you how to ride a bike, play chess or the one who strictly waited for you after late-night parties. Our fathers play a special role in our life and they deserve every source of happiness. We celebrate Father's Day to honour our dads and this is the day to tell them how special they are for you! Celebrated on the third Sunday of every June, Father's Day was first marked in the United States on June 19, 1910, to honour fathers across the country and all the father figures. Interestingly, it was a woman who started the celebration of a day. Sonora Smart Dodd, an American woman was raised by her dad after their mother passed away and was bothered since there wasn't a day to express gratitude for whatever he did. While she wanted the celebrations to be held nationwide on her father's birthday, June 05, planning difficulties pushed the day to be marked on June 19, 1910. #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipes #happyfathersday #fathersday #dad #Foodart #dadinheaven #papa #streefood #daslove #potd #cuteart #foodie #foodiesofinstagram #shotoneplus #fathersdayfoodart #foodartvideo #delhifood #delhifoodies #foodblogger #timesnowfoodie #missudad #luvudad #creatorshala #northindianfood #mumbaifood #mumbaistreetfood #foodiesofindia

#worldenvironmentday 🏞️ “One of the first conditions of happiness is that the link between man and nature shall not be broken.” “The environment is where we all meet; where we all have a mutual interest; it is the one thing all of us share.” With the world fighting a pandemic together and most countries in lockdown, the environment seems to have benefited slightly. Nature seems to have been busy reclaiming its spaces. Among other things, it is getting to breathe and clean itself a little, in the absence of the constant flurry of human activities. Why is that important? It is, because just like other things, the environment needs some downtime, too. And human beings anyway have a tendency to take everything for granted, including the resources they get from nature. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the sun rays that reach us, and the food that we consume every day, are all gifts from the environment, and as such, it becomes important that they are respected, their values understood. World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5, to remind people to not take nature for granted, and to read the signs, understand them, and act accordingly. It is one of the biggest annual events in the world run by the United Nations to raise awareness among people. It is believed that the day was designed by the UN General Assembly in the year 1972, on the first day of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment. #environmentday #nature #savenature #foodart #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipes #creatorshala
