No loss... Show some love ..

First time today in this entire covid phase, i felt the need to break the doors of my home free and rush out far into a jungle; the devastation of this year seemed unending ; showering one blow after the other; and today was a Low of another level; i felt gasping for fresh air , real bad. There’s only this much a person can take ; breakdowns are evident ; and there would be more humans facing this shit than we actually know. What do we do ? How do we contribute to help? For Starters we need to acknowledge DEPRESSION is as a real as any other medical issue. Secondly, be more aware; more available & be better listeners. To not negate any sign that knocks the door no matter how feeble; to not make the environment more difficult for a person suffering by being judgemental; bitchy ; or unbelieving. Kindness & attention is something that can help ; also not every one is in a condition to come and seek your help ; all you need is to invest a little precious time on someone you see on the brink of a breakdown. With Medical help things can be better. But sometimes we need to be the acting bridge. Times are such that vulnerability is at its peak but so should be humaneness!? Incidents like today’s , are a huge knock at our Doors ? We should start realising what is life living worth for?! And whether we should still bother about the shallow stuff in the Virtual World; when the Real World is crumbling down. Thinking about it , all the more! Life is so transitory; so fleeting ; is this really how we wish to spend the rest of it?! -
