We all know the benefits of cardio: • First and the most obvious would be it makes your cardiovascular and respiratory system stronger and more efficient, • It helps reduce stress, • Better nutrient transportation as a result of increased blood flow, & the obvious calorie burning, to jot down the least. . Also socially, it's not very nice to have someone ask "but don't you workout?" while you're panting after climbing just 5 flights of stairs. Most people (like myself) donot enjoy cardio training once they start lifting weights.
