Hey Food Lovers! Today I'm taking you for the authentic Rajasthani food tour, by reading this the very first thing which cross your mind is definitely "Dal Bati Churma". But this in not the only dish there are many more delicious dishes like- Malai Ghevar, Besan Gatte Ki Sabzi, Mishri Mawa, Pyaaz Ki Kachori, Mawa Malpua, Khooba Roti, Mawa Kachori, and so on. But "Dal Bati Churma" is the heart of Rajasthani Dish. So, let go make this delicious dish INGREDIENTS For Churma: Whole Wheat Flour – 1 Cup Semolina – 1/4 Cup Ghee – ¼ Cup Almond Slices – 4 Tbsp Cardamom Powder – 2 Tsp Powdered Sugar – ¼ Cup Pistachio – 2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts,chopped – 2 Tbsp Ghee For Deep-Frying For Baatis: Whole Wheat Flour – 1 1/4 Cup Semolina – 1/2 Cup Baking Powder – ½ Tsp Oil/ Ghee – 4 Tbsp Salt To Taste For Dal: ½ cup moong dal / green gram dal½ cup ¼ cup masoor dal / pink lentils¼ cup ¼ cup chana dal / bengal gram dal, soaked 30 minutes 3 tsp ghee 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp cumin / jeera pinch hing 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 green chilli, slit 1 tomato, finely chopped ¼ tsp turmeric ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ¼ tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped Guys I'm attaching a Link on how to make Dal Bati.
