Smile doesn’t cost a thing and laugh just costs a joke….. #HappyWorldLaughterDay 😊😄😁😆 In 1998, World Laughter Day was created by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. In more than 70 countries, World Laughter Day is celebrated around the world on the first Sunday of May. This year it falls on 3 May. Dr. Madan started the Laughter Yoga movement in 1995 with an aim that facial feedback hypothesis postulates that a person's facial expressions can have an effect on their emotions. It builds a global consciousness of brotherhood and friendship through laughter. Amid of Covid-19 Coronavirus lockdown, laughter might be the only contagious thing that you actually want to catch. According to the study, laughter improves the function of blood vessels. It increases the blood flow, protects you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems. A good hearty laugh everyday relieves a person from stress and physical tension. Laughing is one the cheapest and by far the most pleasant form of therapy in the world. It has the power to heal not only your soul but also your body. It relaxes your whole body, relieves physical tension and boosts your immune. It works as an antidote for pain, stress, and conflict. Nothing works faster to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. You may have come across the phrase, 'laughter is the best medicine.' So laugh whenever you get the chance, even when people give you funny looks don't stop laughing. The right kind of person will start laughing too, without even knowing why. Laughter is a universal language. It inspires hope, connects you to others. It keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps you release anger and forgive sooner. Just a simple smile or slight giggle can completely alter the atmosphere and mood of the surroundings. Laughter has the power to heal and renew. #worldlaughterday #laughterday #laughter #uzmaseasyrecpes #laughteristhebestmedicine #laugh #smile #smilemore #ramadan #ramadanmubarak #ramadan2020 #ramadankareem #ramzan #coronafreeindia #indianfoodbloggers #potd #coronafree #unitedwestand #spreadpositivity #quarantinelife #20likes #flattenthecurve #lockdownrecipes #muslimfoodblogger #shotononeplus #creatorshala

The Indian Armed Forces Flag Day is observed every year to honour the soldiers, airmen and sailors of India who fought on the borders to safeguard the country's honour. Armed Forces Flag Day is celebrated on 7th December every year in India, with an objective to collect the funds from people for the betterment of the Armed Forces staff just by selling Indian flags, batches, stickers and other items. Over the years, it has become a tradition to commemorate this day as an honour to the soldiers, sailors and airmen of India. The three branched of the Armed Forces - the Indian Army, the Indian Air Force and the Indian Navy - organise a variety of programmes to showcase their efforts towards national security. The fund collected on the Flag Day is also used for the welfare of serving personnel and ex-servicemen and also to rehabilitate battle causalities. Small flags are also distributed on this day in return for donations. #armedforces #flagday #indianarmy #7december #navy #airforce #soldiers #shaheed #watan #indians #indiansoldiers #patriot #salute #india #indiaisgreat #hindustan #bharat #hamarabharatmahan #proudtobeindian #indianfoodbloggers #shotoneplus #photooftheday #indianfoodbloggers #creatorshala #foodplating #foodfhotography #foodstyling #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipe

😍 Indian Style Macaroni 😍 For cooking Macaroni_ 200 gms Macaroni / or 2 Cups Macaroni Salt–1 tsp water–4 cup Other ingredients for making Macaroni recipe– 2 tbsp oil 2 Onions–finely chopped 4 Tomatoes–finely chopped 1 cup vegetables– Capsicum, carrot, beans 1/2 cup– green peas 2_3 green chilli 2 – 3 Garlic Pods_ finely Chopped 1 tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 garam masala powder 1 tsp Salt (or as per your choice) 1 tbsp red chili sauce 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp mixed herbs 2 tbsp cheese 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped Method– To begin making the Indian Style Masala Macaroni Recipe, get all the ingredients ready for cooking. Cut the vegetables and keep them ready. Cook the macaroni in boiling water, along with a little salt until al dente (firm yet cooked). Once done, drain the excess water and rinse the paste in cold water to prevent excess cooking. Toss the pasta in oil and keep aside. We do this, so the pasta does not stick to each and become lumpy. Heat oil in a wok or a kadai on medium heat. Add the garlic, onions, carrots, green chilli and capsicum. Then add green peas. Sprinkle some salt, cover the pan and saute on medium heat until the carrots are cooked through. Add all dry masalas and saute few minutes. Add the tomatoes n cooked few minutes. Then add red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and saute few seconds. Then add the cooked macaroni, toss on high heat until the macaroni pasta gets well coated with the masala. Add chilli flakes, mix herbs and cheese, mix well. Check the salt and spices and adjust to taste. Once done, stir in the chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat. Serve hot. #pasta #macaroni #vegpasta #indianstylepasta #streefood #snack #indiansnacks #food #potd #foodiesofindia #whatsonmyplate #eatlocal #f52grams #foodstagram #delhigram #eatfamous #likeforlikes #comment4comment #forkyeah #comfortfood #eaaaats #foodgraphy #indianfoodbloggers #foodnetwork #foodaholics #creatorshala #foodaddiction #uzmaseasyrecipe
